If somebody can get the world to him tell him to look up the recent research about how to combine fasting with chemotherapy in order to increase the effectiveness of killing the cancer, protecting your healthy cells and preventing the undesirable side effects of the chemotherapy. Oncologists are very narrow in their information sources like many doctors and tend not to scour for information so they probably won't widely know about this for years to come.

I think the bigger problem is the dumbfucks who vote for them, "because they will not force me to pay for stuff I'm to cheap for, yee-haw!"

I've said it before a million times privately to my friends on Facebook - but -

This problem is going to get worse before it gets better. Unfortunately that's the only way things are going to change at this point. We have some people in power who are fighting tooth and claw to deny others the opportunities they themselves have - and as long as they exist, we can never truly be free.

Damn. As the Doom community gets older, we all start succumbing to age related problems. I hope that this game industry pioneer can find the strength to beat what may be the toughest and darkest boss-battle he has faced to date and I hope some rocking tune is playing in his head as he does it. Good luck Bobby, beat that sucker!

For those of you who have not heard yet, multiple sources are saying Bobby Prince is battling colon cancer.

If you do not know who he is, he is the one who composed all of Doom's music, as well as scores of music from Apogee games, and even composed the music for Wrack.

For anyone who is able, a GoFundMe page was set up by his brother to help with medical expenses: https://www.gofundme.com/bobby-prince-m ... nd-2vs94pg

Wishing you the best and a speedy recovery, Bobby. And thoughts and prayers go out to your family, as well. Let's hope Bobby gets the best doctors available and overcomes this terrible thing!
