You can use the --savedir command line option to change where ECWolf saves.

ECWolf custom save/config dir

Hello, I'm playing Wolf3D and SoD with ECWolf all on the same machine and have a save backup/sorting little system, but obviously WOLF3D and SoD saves conflict, since they are in the same folder.
Is there something like a command line arg that enables me to use a custom save/config directory?
I'm on Windows x86
