Solar, I've set you up with access to the Developer Forums. Feel free to browse them while you wait for the files.

I didn't realize you were. Heh.
You wouldn't need an ACS/special effects specialist would you?
Contributors to the project are always welcome. You come highly recommended by Enjay, and I must admit that at present I could certainly benefit from shifting some of my load to someone else. We are looking to incorporate "friendly" non-player characters in very special situations, where the situation changes mid-game. In other words, the actors behave a certain way in one situation and in another way in the other situation. This will be achieved through scripting, which is where your expertise would be invaluable.

The actor sprites, behavior, and even basic scripts have already been created by DBT. These actors will need to be properly placed in-game and controlled through scripts, which is what I was getting around to doing.

Give us a couple of days to discuss your role, and then I'll either post here or send you a PM. Thanks for your interest in the project.

Thank you for your compliments.

What you're seeing, of course, is only the surface of the game. You'll be blown away (I believe) by the coding wizardry of DB 'Deathbringer' Thanatos (who has crafted some truly marvellous H-L enemies & weapons) and the skill of Nigel 'Enjay' Rowand (who is doing so much to bring a professional and polished look to the project, including new menus, status bars, etc.)

Stay tuned.

Come one, come all to the new forum dedicated to projects by The Persecution Complex. The team members are DB 'Death Bringer' Thantos, Nigel 'Enjay' Rowand, and Rex Claussen. Currently, we are working on a Half-life mod for GZDooM named "Paranoid". You can get information and see screenshots at DooM Nexus.

Currently, there are a couple of other public sub-forums that will not be used any time soon. The "Bugs" and "Play Testing" sub-forums are intended for use once the project is ready for play-testing and after release. But feel free to share your thoughts and ideas on this forum meantime.

Many thanks to Soul Priestess for setting up these forums for the Team, and for hosting DooM Nexus.
