The nexus to your Doom

Post by Paul »

DRD welcomes yet aonther hostee. This time it's Rex Claussen, or Ghurka Boy, author of many goddamn fine wads, such as Temple of Ancients or the Star Wars mappacks: Darkest Hour and Dawn: A Prelude.

As a member of DRD Team I gotta say I'm proud to have such a mapster as a part of this growing Doom portal. Head over to Rex's Nexus and grab his mapsies. If quality maps don't convince you, still get there to read his tutorials and fictions.

On a side note, my own Canvas Workshop has been updated with some new crap and Gzdoom is feeling better than ever. Surf on dude.

EDIT:

So head over to Bio's and grab it!

Welcome, great to have you here!

Beyond:
@Paul - What do you think about an DRD Team Logo contest? The one we have right now isn't that great at all and I would appreciate something special for our great DRD place :) I would even participate a few times, so what do you think?

It's tommorow for me! I shall get working and post when ever I get to it and/or fell like it.
I'm gonna try to go for a "Techno Doom" look.

I don't understand why there is nothing said about:
Piper at the Gates of DooM, the other Rex's site.
Rex moved "DooM Nexus" at DRD.Team.org - It will give you the low-down on any and all DooM-related activities in which Rex is engaged, but his main website is still the one I'm talking to you.

I read some of your stuff Rex, pretty good. I've tried those SW mods, those were...okay...I didn't really like them that much :( They'd be better if they had decorated monsters instead of cheap dehacked replacements.

Keep in mind how freaking OLD those mods are - they were designed for ZDoom 1.23. At that point, there was nothing else but Dehacked.
