Possibly have a small notification sound of a user either joining/leaving in-game.

Such an idea is nice for some servers that allow players to connect and play at any time; however, ZDoom's multiplayer environment is not completely adjacent to other ports such as Zandronum. This will be rejected for the time being, unless in the future this changes.
