[1.3.1] Crashes/Bug : ECWolf on HiDPI-Displays

[1.3.1] Crashes/Bug : ECWolf on HiDPI-Displays

Unlike (G)ZDoom ECWolf 1.3.1 has several issues on HiDPI-displays:

1. Crash of x86 Build:
- Launch ECWolf
- Switch to fullscreen and choose 3840x2160 or above
- ECWolf crashes (see attached CrashReport.zip)

2. Crash of x64 Build:
- Launch ECWolf
- Switch to fullscreen and choose 3840x2160 or above (image corruption occurs -> e.g. black bars at the right side of the screen)
- Start the actual game
- ECWolf crashes (straight to the desktop - no CrashReport.zip)

3. ECWolf does not work correctly with DPI (font) scaling enabled:
- Set DPI (font) scaling under Windows display options to 150%
- Launch ECWolf
- Large portions of the image are drawn offscreen
