Forum premissions question

So today at school I needed to find a link within the hostee archive section, but when I got to the index page I noticed it wasn't there. I logged in and it showed up. Is there any reason why this section is unaccessable as a guest? Although I do have my account, it would be a little more conveinent, for when I just need to look for something quickly, if I could just access the section as a guest.

Originally I had not planned for it to be accessible as a guest. But if you would prefer, I'll go ahead and put it back.

More than anything, I just wanted to eliminate unnecessary clutter.
