so recently my i tried to play brutal doom and when i started it up most of the textures were invisible and the ones that were visible wold flicker making the game unplayable i have tried re downloading gz doom running it wothout brutal doom does any one know what is happening ?

There have been some problems with a recent Intel driver update which seems to have broken some parts of OpenGL.
Due to lack of feedback by affected users I haven't been able to investigate this further.

The problem here is, the fps is too low (srly 1fps per 10sec) i've tried every single video option
CPU: intel core I7 2.4Ghz
GPU: intel hd graphics 4000
RAM: 4GB DDR3

In that case there must be some problem. The HD4000 isn't that bad. Are you sure your drivers are ok? Also, what operating system are you using?
