I could if GIMP wasn't so hard to use... (remember, this is coming from a Photoshop professional. Also GIMPShop is not an option (I can't build it))

EXTREMELY simple and basic, but is this good enough for you?

edit; blargh at white background. it was transparent in PSP...oh well. :?
