I think gameplay is the most important aspect of a map. Good detail is important, but gameplay is more important. See Mock 2, there are no details(except in one map). Speed mapping at its worst, though it provides great gameplay, a good time.

Gameplay is most important to me. :kewl:

Game play and detail. Mostly detail.

I prefer maps with good gameplay (which is why I still play old favorites like Galaxia.wad from 1994). Though I also love a map that has a unique look and feel - details and styles that haven't been seen before, in addition to a music track that fits the mood.

You couldn't have picked a WORSE example even if you tried.

I had to cheat through pretty much all of Mock 2. And I never cheat.

I looked through Mock 2 with XWE, played 2 levels in God mode, and that was it.

No one ever learns. All good maps have pig cops in them :P
