Currently you can only define flat glows to apply to certain textures, which is somewhat limited. Would it be possible to add some udmf properties to sectors? Something along the lines of:
glow_floor (boolean, false)
glowcolor_floor (string)
glowheight_floor (int, 128)
glow_ceiling (boolean, false)
glowcolor_ceiling (string)
glowheight_ceiling (int, 128)

Probably, but on the other hand, ZDoom wouldn't make use of these properties.
