Dynamic lights from OpenGL 3.0+

Hello.
I would like to touch on a topic that is related to the OPENGL port version gzdoom 3.0+
The problem is that for a long time , the game , I lost a dynamic light all over the map , I do not understand because of what , but sprites can see that it works.
Starting with version 2.0 , this is normal .
But there is a new mods , and they require the latest version of OpenGL
What could be the problem?
