New ACS functions

It will be great if new ACS functions will be added:

SetCVar(string CVar, value)

and

Code: Select all

CreateCVar(string CVar)

I know, ACS supports SkullTag's function ConsoleCommand, but unfortunately, it doesn't work with GZdoom. May be this function will also be fixed.

All this will be useful to bind additional commands using very flexible ACS scripts, instead of using KEYCONF lump.
