Hi everyone! Searching around i've found an old but cool enough zdoom-family opengl port. ZDoomGL 0.66.2... A saw there some features i would like to see in gzdoom:
They are vertex lighting for models and coronas, glow effects for dynamic lights. I would like to ask - is it really to implement it to GZDoom? ZDoomGL 662 sourcecode is awailable.

Re: Some opengl features
Model vertex lighting is something GZDoom needs badly, IMO... I realize there's a problem for sectors without any dynamic light sources, and for that, I'd say just treat those sectors as "globally illuminated" so the light source is basically the sky...

I think it would be better implement the vavoom light/shader (and add the direct3D shaders because i can´t run the opengl advanced shaders >_>)

How would Direct3D shaders help in an OpenGL application?
And no, GZDoom won't switch to D3D.
