This is mainly a bug fix release (some rather embarassing bugs in Spear of Destiny support are fixed) so no. Positional audio won't be fixed until the sound code is overhauled.

All right. I think I have everything I wanted to do done. Current plan is to release on the 17th unless a blocking issue comes up.

Soon. The current plan is to have it done for December 10th. This isn't a hard deadline though but it should definitely be out some time this month.
