I do not believe so, unfortunately, as ECWolf uses Wolf4SDL as a base, which fixes a lot of the bugs some mapsets rely on to function. For example, Temporary Insanity probably won't function in the port, though you could try.

AlumiuN released a Wolf4SDL port of that set, trying to recreate as much as he could bug-wise. There's one or two things he hasn't been able to nail yet (Temporary Insanity isn't included in his set as he doesn't know what bugs to recreate), and some redundant sets are removed (The same set was repeated in some cases), but the Wolf4SDL port is at http://wolf3d.net/news/wolf3d-su-for-sdl-released/

I haven't tried it, but most likely what you'd need to do is install a level set, then grab the modified gamemaps.wl6/maphead.wl6. These can be loaded by just dragging and dropping gamemaps.wl6 onto ECWolf.
