Goodbye DeHacked!

TGRCP1 V1.7x was the first to introduce the DeHacked LUMP, despite that TGRDM3 also inherits the same but slightly modified lump, the lump support is underpowered and yet outdated. As time moves on, the DeHacked lump can cause problems later in the future while ZDoom continues to move forward. As a result, TGRDM3 must also stay ontop of the latest additions and expire from outdated or soon to be ancient support.
The lump will not completely disappear, but the lump will not be completely used as it is currently now. The current means of using the lump is mainly for the startup messages, but that is debatable if kept within the development. Everyother string can be carried into the DECORATE lump and even within the MapInfo lump. In short, the dependence that DeHacked once had, will be no longer within TGRDM3.
