OpenGL and Software Splitter

A small and not so noticeable feature (unless one is using the Software render), adds variation of light sector values as an alternative from the Dynamic Light's that is used in OpenGL.

For example:

This is an OpenGL focused project, the previous ideas do not match with the newer development of this project.
