Does anyone here know how to extract the music from said file?

Either WDC or Slade will do what you want.

Just downloaded WDC, can't seem to open the file.

You'll have to open the whole data inside Wolf3d folder (View Data Files). WDC will open maps, graphics, sprites, sound, music at the same time and you'll be able to extract them all.
