Updated \Includes\ZDoom_things.cfg with the new MusicChanger things.

No real reason to; Blasphemer use the Heretic config just like Freedoom uses the Doom config. It's the same monsters with the same editor numbers and the same behavior, etc.

Now different configurations would make sense if somebody volunteered to make the texture groups; because Freedoom and Blasphemer have more choice than their inspiration. It's not something I'm interested in doing, personally.
