GZDoom and Windows 7

I just installed GZDoom on my new Windows 7 PC into the backed-up directory from my old computer and it won't run at all. Either the the startup window opens and then closes right away, or it hangs, forcing me to close it manually. A fresh install works just fine, however. What's going on?"

I have no idea.

Please read this and get GZDoom to generate a log file. Then copy/paste the content of that log file.

If the config contains system-specific settings for your old computer they may not work on the new one. Sound settings, for example, is a possibility.

Anyway, not a bug.
