How to repair broken file

Post by outbreak101 »

Hey Guys I have a problem. I tried getting the devbuild of gzdoom version 2.2 pre but when I downloaded it, it was a zip file that was damaged. I really want to know how to fix the damaged file so I can extract the file and use it for a mod that requires such a devbuild. PLease Reply!! Thanks in advance.

The latest build (2.2pre-1958-g8f06299; both 32- and 64-bit) seems to be fine. Have you tried downloading it again?

Yes, I tried to redownload it again and it won't let me extract the files because it's damaged. I tried looking into the file but the code is corrupted so I don't really know what to do.

If it's worth noting, The programs I use for extracting are 9zip, 7zip opener, and open 7zip, I don't have WinRAR on windows 10.
