disabling screen flashes on picking up items and getting shot

Hello, first time Doom player here. Could anyone tell me if there is a way to turn of these screen flashes on item pick-up and being injured in GZDoom? I was not able to find such a feature.

Yes, this has been recently added and can be found under Display options.

Forgive me, but can you specify the option? I can't find it for the life of me and turned almost everything in the display options upside down trying to. At this point I fear the option isn't there.
I'm using GZDoom 2.2.0.

Use a more recent dev build - as the feature was created after the previous release.

That did it! Now I can play without getting migraines.
