Latest Build and Armor with Cheat

Not posting this as a bug (yet) because I want to ask if it is considered a bug or just a "that's what you get if you cheat" or "this isn't finished yet".

The effects can be seen most clearly with the default full-screen HUD.

Normally, if you type IDFA a blue armor vest icon appears in the HUD and you have 200 armor points. As you get hit by the bad guys, your health and armor go down until you die.

With today's Git build (gzdoom-x64-g2.4pre-219-g4dc1d11) if you type IDFA a green armor vest appears in the HUD but you are still given 200 armor points. As you get hit by the bad guys, your health goes down but the armor remains at 200 and this continues until you are at 0 health and you die.

Yep, give all adds 200 green armor points that never depleted. However give megasphere gives 200/200 and damage is correctly applied to them.
Moreover, I have a saved game which also has "infinite armor" upon loading (it's not green but 200% blue this time).
