GL camera texture issues

GL camera texture issues

first, sprites viewed by the camera are billboarded based on the player, not the camera. second, camertextures on the floor are upside down compared to software/other flats. demo wad showing both attached

The billboarding thing only happens with X/Y billboarding forced via the menu.

Interestingly, as well as the other observations, in GZdoom, the camera texture shows me more than it does in Zdoom. In GZdoom, I can see the floor and the ceiling in the camera texture but not in Zdoom. The shape of the caco looks better in GZdoom making me think that it has the proportions right. I prefer the look of the GZdoom view anyway.

Fixed the billboarding issue. I have no idea why Torr Samaho used the player's camera instead of the actual view actor to calculate the angles.
