[pre-1875-gc9f93d9] Fullscreen Hud No Longer Adjusts Viewport To Match Crosshair

In previous versions of GZDoom, using the fullscreen HUD would adjust your viewport upwards along with the crosshair, allowing you to maintain accuracy.

However, as of the specified devbuild, this no longer occurs, even though the crosshair is shifted upwards. The end result being that all your shots will "seem" to be aimed much lower than intended, well below the crosshair.

Each video is a 720p h.264 MP4 file, around 1.5mb in size, and was recorded at the start of E1M3 of DOOM.WAD, with only lights.pk3 loaded.

This is the same "scale" issue as ibm5155 reported at the end of the other bug report. It is caused by the viewport not being correct for non-fullscreen view sizes.

PR fixing it: https://github.com/coelckers/gzdoom/pull/70
