[Feature Request] +BLOODLESSIMPACT extended to bulletpuffs

As Graf suggested himself:

I'm making a gun that has a laser sight built into it, so I use a fake bullet puff to achive this. The only problem is, when it hits the actor, it still shows blood when the lasersight hits it :? Could this be done for bulletpuffs as well as missiles?

Hmm, perhaps the +PUFFONACTORS flag ought to be usable on the Puff thing as well as the weapon that fires it? I must second this feature request.

If I use +PUFFONACTORS, it shows the laser point, but the monsters still bleed profusely :P (because the laser sight is constant fake bullet fire)

I'd really appreciate it if this was implimented, even if its just for GZdoom. Something like this is perfect for my laser sight 'system' for Woe Without End.
