Pull request with FXAA post-processing added is here.
It's almost the same version as in my test build but updated to the latest master.
Depending on picture (colors differences on edges to be precise) can give quite good results or can be pretty useless.
I decided to keep quality levels as they don't complicate the implementation much.

Can you please change the license? I really do not want to see that old thing anymore. Either use regular BSD or GPLv3.

Damn, completely forgot about that. Force pushed commit with the proper license in .cpp and header.
