I started downloading r1610 and then realized that it was only 1.5 MB.
I'm not sure if you can do something about updating a build or not.
The compiler ACC.EXE for ZDoom is now at version 1.53.
The one in the download is still 1.52.

It is out of my hands -- I could, of course, append to that request, but I rather not differentiate from the official SVN project. But, however, you can forward that request on the Doom Builder forums.
Sorry for the belated update, for some time - I've been busy and rather in a motivational slump. But, however, I am currently uploading a new GZDoom Builder @ revision 1616 (Please check back within an hour of the time of this post!)

UDMF: changing brightness of a wall or ceiling in GZDoom Visual mode will change brightness of selected surface, not sector brightness.

Added multiple engine support for any game configuration.
Floor and ceiling textures are now moved more predictably by arrow keys in GZDoom Visual mode.
Walls texture coordinates are always rounded when moved by arrow keys in Visual modes.
Linedef info panel: relative UDMF light values are now shown like this: 16 (128), which means "UDMF light value" ("total surface brightness (UDMF light value + sector brightness)")
Player is now spawned at camera height when testing from current location in Visual modes.
