Pixelratio does not affect models, bug or intent?

Post by Rachael »

Playing with the new pixelratio builds, I've noticed that the models do not scale with the new pixelratio settings.

Is this a bug, or is it intentional?

I figured I would ask here, first, knowing whether to document it as such in the wiki or to post a bug report, myself.

Main reason for the question itself, instead of going directly to the bug report forum with this, is because it does seem that models are scaled independently of the 1:1.2 Doom scaling, anyhow, which I initially did not realize since I play with them so little.

Unfortunately that was necessary to keep compatibility. The old version had a fixed pixel ratio of 1:1 for models (thanks to model compatibility with Doomsday), even though everything else was 1.2:1.
For voxels the pixel ratio will be respected, though, because it also does in the software renderer.
