Need help with hacx

When I pick up the keycard during the first level of the game, the keycard would disappear in my inventory and that would not allow me to progress through the level. I tried using cheats such as noclip, and completed the level. But the same problem occurs for the later levels as well. If you have a solution, reply to the thread immediately

What's the version of Hacx you are using? What's the source port?

I know it might have been years, but I'm having the same issue here.
I'm using hacx 1.2 and source port is gzdoom 4.4
