Weapon View Kick

I'd like to see a view kick option for Decorate weapons added - functionally, it'd work much like it does in EDGE. By setting a variable at the top of the weapon before the states, the player's view angle will be kicked upward by the number of degrees specified (for example, if Weapon.ViewKick is at 10, then the player's view gets kicked upward by 10 degrees). Decimals should be supported as well.
The view kick will respond only when the code encounters A_FireBullets, A_FireCustomMissile, A_FireRailgun, and A_ThrowGrenade attacks.
