I see Ad-Aware, a mac emulator, calculator, deus-ex, Firefox, GLTron, Jazz Jackrabbit, mIRC, paint, Quake II, Quake III, Red alert II, Red faction, Rollercoaster Tycoon2, RPG Maker 2000 (I think), RPG Maker 2003, Sim City 3000, Starcraft Brood War, System Shock II, Textpad, Textstuff, UT, UT 2003 or 2004, VBA, MSVS, Warcraft III, Warcraft III The Frozen Throne, Winamp, XMPlay, ZDL3 and ZSNES

I can identify the Mac emulator as Basilisk II, and I also see ModPlug Tracker, SCUMMVM, Creative Surround Mixer, Flash MX, Macromedia ShockMachine, EPSXE, GoldWave, Lose Your Marbles, Marathon 2 (or Aleph One), Chuzzle Deluxe, Descent 3, The Sims (I think), CDex, CloneCD (I think), Daemon Tools, Adobe Premiere, Skype, Photoshop CS, Kega Fusion, and Shockwave Director (I think).
