Add optional "infrared" goggle rendering

This is along the same lines as the enhanced night-vision goggles.

Make an optional rendering style somehow accessable through custom inventory items, that would mimic, not a light-enhancing night vision system, but a true infrared camera.

This could be accomplished by applying a "full saturation spectrum" (red, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple, red, at full intensity and smooth gradient) across the entire image.

Levels and such would be rendered in the lower, "cold" half (cyan, blue, purple, red) in order of color brightness(white=cyan, black=red).

Any object tagged in DECORATE as +HOT would be rendered in the upper, "hot" half (red, yellow, green, cyan) in order of color brightness (white=red, black=cyan).

Obviously, this isn't true infrared, but even in photomanips, this simple technique is extremely convincing.

I approve. Please add, Graf. :)

This only works with massive changes to the internal actor definitions.

Sorry, that's something I won't add now.

Would there be some way to fake it then? I'd like to be able to do this.

No. Too much work for questionable benefit.

I meant with existing features, like palette translations and such.

Feel free to try. I can't help you though.
