Not sure if I should report this here, but using the "Give All" command on any game other than the Doom series (Heretic, Hexen, Strife) will not really give full ammo...

It appears the max base ammo is given, then the backpack is applied..

It should be that the backpack is applied and then the new max base ammo is given...

Edit: It happens in the Doom series as well.. my bad.

You are correct. The backpack should be given first, not last. I'll add a link to this in my other 'give all' bug report.
