[unable to reproduce] Hardlock on the Island series

When I run the island series (Island.wad, Island2.wad), I get a message stating that the BSP must be rebuilt-- and it freezes. What is going on here? I specifically remember the community build being able to play this.

Possibly a bug in the node builder. Try using GLBSP to build a GWA file for it. Unfortunately there's a handful of maps the internal node builder doesn't like.

Both island.wads start without problems for me. Furthermore, this report is far too vague and doesn't contain any further information (like system specs or version number) so it is useless for me.
