[not a bug]Light size cvars shouldn't affect placed lights

The topic says it all pretty much. I'm making a gzdoom map with placed lights, and if the 'light size' or 'light intensity' values are changed it can make the map look different than intended.

I won't change this. It gives the end user some control over the lights. Not everybody has high end machines that handle larger amounts of lights well. Just assume a size of 1 as default.
