(1.0.04) Crashes with any WAD I use?

It's weird.. GZDoom just doesn't seem to want to work for me. If I load up any WAD at all, even just Doom2.wad, it crashes when I try to enter a map.
It used to work just fine and sometimes it seems to be in a "better mood" and works as if there is no problem at all.

But right now, I can't get the darn thing to start a map at all. :s

This one is strange. It crashes while trying to write a floating point value to memory. This is an operation that should never cause a crash unless your system is misconfigured or your hardware defective.
Can you post your system specs?

I've got a Windows XP(SP2) Professional running on a Pentium 3(933mhz), 256mb RAM, with a GeForce FX 5700. :s

In any case, there's nothing I can do here. Your computer is refusing to execute a perfectly valid instruction.
