[can't fix]3d floor (bug?)

I have a weapon in my wad that shoots a fireball that spawns a bunch of invisable actors that crawl around the ceiling. They then drop metal balls that explode on the floor. THis works fine on a normal floor and ciling room. however, when you shoot above the 3d floor, the object is spawned below the 3d floor (on the 3d floor's lower ceiling) instead. This happens whether im on top of the 3d floor or below it. It seems that GZdoom wants to spawn the thing on the lowest cieling possible.

Unfortunately the floor/ceilinghugger code is incompatible with 3D-floors. To sort this out I'd have to invest a considerable amount of work and I most certainly won't do this unless the ZDoom floating point rewrite is operational. I don't even know whether it is possible at all to make that code work with multiple floors/ceilings in a sector.
