It's easiest just to look at the screenshots.
When I stand underneath the middle sector, its ceiling seems to disapear under the ceiling of the surrounding sector.

Strange, I've tried and tried, but I can't seem to reproduce this. Would I be right in saying at the location where you took this, right behind you would be the corrupted MAP01 area with arch-viles standing on what was the multi-player plasma gun pillar in the original MAP01?
Oh, and as an aside, I noticed when testing this that 1.0.08 reports itself as 1.0.07 at the console.

Yes, that's the right place.
It happens everytime here for me. I'd give the co-ordinates if I could remember how to get them.

You probably want to enable the Alternate HUD in the Display Options and then use the Automap... the coordinates are on the upper right hand corner of the screen. I can't think of any faster method though.

I was wondering why I'd remembered seeing them on the auto-map, but couldn't see them this time round.
For reference:
X 336
Y 1048
Z 56

Do you have a GWA file in the directory?

Yes, I renamed it and the problem went away.
What happened?

I'll have to investigate. Something's not right with the nodes in there. It happens for me, too, when I build nodes with GLBSP. It's not the first map where I encountered problems. If you look at that part of the map you will see an improperly placed linedef intersecting the inner sector. That seems to screw up the BSP.

Fixed.
And please don't link directly to such large pictures in the future. Either use a thumbnail or a normal link.

Sure. I'll admit: That was something I was not thinking about when I uploaded those.
