Custom status bar with global acs?

it's possible to make a custom status bar using acs but working on every Doom iwad level and pwads? is there a way to do this? it's just that i'm thinking about to put the alpha 0.2 status bar into a mod i'm working on so it looks like you are really using a helmet.

If you can do it with regular ACS, odds are you can do it with global ACS (unless your implementation affects anything inside the map).
Since I assume you'll just be using hudmessages, then it's entirely possible.

I can't say I've ever made a custom hud before, so I have no freaking clue what is usually involved in such a thing (aside from hudmessage commands).
