[DDF help] Flesh impact sounds for ranged weapons

The only way to do impact sounds on flesh is to modify the blood splat and give it a sound, much like you would to make puffs that play ricochet sounds. This has the drawback of being rather loud with shotgun attacks, and also playing with melee weapons.

There is one problem though, multiple blood splatter sounds, for different firearms.

Can't you do that through custom pain states? And I swear that DDF lets you cut off sounds so that a bazillion of them don't play at once.
