[Partially solved] Music in "MOD" format

Is there a chance to have a compatibility with the protracker format for the musics?

I played a pwad made by Bryant 'Gunrock' Robinson "Dark7", and I thought stupidly that there was no music.
Once played, I edited it and I discovered that there were 7 musics with the "MOD" format, very pleasant (I saved them on my computer to listen).
And it's the same thing for its sequal "Dark7mpk"...

Logan MTM said me that Zdoom can play those musics, but not Gzdoom?!?
Do I have to convert this format to ogg ?
I can do it (with some tricks of mine), but it will be very unpleasant to do such a work.

That's odd. It should work in GZDoom as well.

Check the "other music" volume slider in the GZDoom Options menu?

ZDoom supports any format FMOD supports and so does GZDoom. Mark this under [Already In]

It's the first thing that I have tried, buddy.
But there is only silence.

Ok, I was finally able to understand what was happening:
I have a Soundlaster Audigy I, and its console let me use the preselection of one of the Control panel choices for EAX, for example "Big room", "Under water", etc...

Some users of the game "Future Pinball" (pinball 3D for computers), having such a sound card, were having exactly the same problem with music and sounds, until I discovered the reason and gave the solution: we have to unselect any environnement when we play this game, and all is fine again (fine... We don't have any EAX effect).

So, I thought that it was perhaps the case for Gzdoom and the music in MOD format, and I was right!!!!
I have unselected the EAX environnement and I heard the music in MOD format, yeah baby!!!

So: problem partially solved (I don't have anymore EAX environnement, thus I would be pleased to have it)

I come back with more news about the Soundblaster problem:
- "ENV" and "FX" are fine and let me listen MOD music
- "EQ" must be avoided : there is an incompatibility between EQ and music in MOD format for Gzdom and sounds and music with Future Pinball, or there is a modification to do on one or several of the possibilities offered for EAX, but I don't know what to do :?
