Hudmessage Translucency >> Additive

The option to make hudmessage stuff translucent standard and/or additive. The reason for that is simple: Displaying images with additive translucency for some interesting effects.

But... we don't even have variable translucency for HUD messages yet. ;(
I think this is something Randy should do for ZDoom, though.

Indeed. I won't touch the hudmessage code. I refuse to work with that mess unless it gets cleaned up into something that makes sense.
