Dynamic Lights bug?

The dynamic lights are passing through walls and doors. Like, I put a dynamic light spot in sector, near to the door. In the other side of the door there is some light passing through. I think it was not supposed to do that.

I know. It's a limitation of the map format and the lighting algorithm. Unfortunately it's not that easy to change.

So, it IS a bug?

Are you thinking to correct it? (since you've said, "it's not that easy to change.")

I think it is very annoying, but at the same time I don't think it's easy to fix. For your information, several other engines also exhibit this bug, dating as far back as the Quake 1 engine's software renderer, and it was still in Quake 2. I can't remember if it was still there in Quake 3 though.
