Glowing Flats & Slops

When I have set some flats glowing with the GLDEFS lump and a sector uses one of these flats and has neighbour flats that use slopes, you will get some strange arror to the lower or upper texture of this sloped sector, just take a look at the screen.

Glowing flats and slopes don't mix. Don't even bother with it.

So no chance to get a fix for this? Or should I just don't use them anymore? (what would be a sad thing because it really enhances the look of some areas)

Sorry, but the way the polygons have to be split to make it work is far too messy. There's just too many cases to consider.

Would it work to just use a hand-placed dynamic light object instead of using the glowing flats?

Yeah, it's a real shame this don't work with slopes because I think they look great. I've been wanting to use them for ages now. However, if they can't be done, they can't be done.
An editing solution: duplicate flats? Place glowing ones where there is no chance of them hitting a sloped wall and normal ones (possibly with a dynamic light object to mimic the effect) where slopes are an issue. Not exactly tidy but it may be useful.
