GL Mode and Decals

I just got a new laptop, and first thing got GZDoom up. Anyways, in OpenGL mode, the new version's having problems with decals...

In the attachments below, the blood and bullet holes appear on other walls for some strange reason. Anyone know how to rectify this in GLMode?

Looks like a limitation of your laptop's integrated graphics chip.

What kind of graphics chipset do you have? This looks either like a driver bug or a nonexistent feature that is required to render decals.
