Trojan found in fmod file, will not load.

I've been using GZDoom and AVG Anti-virus for a while, but a few weeks ago or so, AVG updated itself and now detects "GENERIC5.JMsomething" in the fmod file. I have chosen to put the trojan in the vault and delete it, but it doesn't do anything. The trojan does not seem to be harmful, but I have deleted GZDoom and have found no trace of it after that. I have also tried using the ignore option when AVG asks what to do with the trojan, but it repeatedly detects the virus any time I even go into the GZDoom folder. It seems to have deleted whatever the "trojan" was, but because of that, GZDoom does not run, and if I ignore the warning when entering the folder, then I just get the warning again and AVG prevents GZDoom from opening. Does anyone know why AVG is now detecting a virus in fmod, and what that virus may actually be? It's apparently vital to running GZDoom, and I have never had an issue with GZDoom or the computer before.
