1.0.30 External music problem!

My setup includes a zip file full of some tracks and then a huge (unzipped) music libary stored seperate to GZDoom.
1.0.29 had no problems, it is this new version that has this bug.
Any mp3s (maybe other music formats too) will only load if they're zipped or 'wadded' I can confim this as I tried to load one mp3 exteranlly (c:\) and didn't work so then I copied it into GZDoom's directory, still unzipped and it still wouldn't load, but once it was zipped (NOT in a music\ folder btw) it played the mp3's sweet melody again. This does not happen in 1.0.29.

How are you doing this? I just ran GZdoom loading an mp3 like this:
gzdoom -file d_runnin.mp3
and the music on map01 was replaced with my MP3 (very obvious because it was the imperial march from Star Wars.

).

Here's an example: (I use wildcards * to load multiple mp3s)
GZDoom.exe -file "C:\Music\*.mp3" ; Doesn't work. (Files is external)
GZDoom.exe -file "*.mp3" ; Doesn't work. (Files is in GZDoom's directory)
GZDoom.exe -file "*.zip" ; Works. (Music filea are in zip/zips)
The thing is, I only switch the gzdoom files back around to v: 1.0.29 and I don't get this problem.

If you want to have this, post a feature request at the ZDoom forum. It's simply not an existing feature.

Not existant? But 1.0.29 did it and it's put in the wiki that any file can be loaded into ZDoom externally. Still, I'll post the request...

Sorry for the misunderstanding. However, since I have no problems with 'gzdoom -file "*.mp3" this report will remain closed.

Hmm strange, maybe my download didn't work right or omething (though then the exe would be currupt...) The first time I tried to download it messed up -I odubt that has anything to do with this though... When switching to the GZDoom 1.0.29 exe everything works fine audio-wise...
I've a few solutions but I can no longer run GZDoom coz my GPU's gone and died completely, I'm runnin the basic drivers and the screens plagued with yellow blurs!
