Static light sources...NOT dynamic

The light sources take much memory. In order to reduce this, I propose to process static lights just once - since a constant refresh is useless for lamps, candles, etc. I think it would be much less things to process - and much more frames per second.

What makes you think that lights cost memory. Performance, yes, but certainly not memory - except for the one light texture.
